By downloading, accessing, or using the Lucky Delivery & Ride Services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lucky Delivery & Ride Services is a mobile application platform that connects customers with delivery riders and administrative staff. The Service facilitates order placement, real-time communication, payment processing, and delivery tracking across Pakistan.

Service types include:

  • Buy for Me: Customer requests rider to purchase and deliver items
  • Pick & Deliver: Customer requests rider to pick up and deliver pre-arranged items

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Customers

  • Must provide accurate contact information and delivery addresses
  • Are responsible for accurate order descriptions and special instructions
  • Must ensure someone is available to receive deliveries
  • Are responsible for confirming order accuracy upon delivery
  • Agree to pay applicable delivery fees as displayed

3.2 Riders

  • Must maintain valid identification and vehicle registration
  • Are responsible for safe and timely order delivery
  • Must maintain professional conduct and follow traffic laws
  • Are responsible for handling items with care
  • Must document deliveries with photos when required
  • Are responsible for accurate billing information

3.3 Administrators

  • Manage order assignments and service coordination
  • Mediate between customers and riders
  • Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality of user information

4. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid phone number registered in Pakistan
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes

5. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities conducted under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Ensuring your phone and account information remain current

6. Payment and Billing

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order type
  • Payment options include cash on delivery and digital wallets
  • Customers are responsible for payment upon delivery
  • Riders must issue receipts for all payments received
  • Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on demand and service areas

7. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before rider assignment without penalty
  • Cancellations after rider assignment may incur a cancellation fee
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of cancellation
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for orders completed as described

8. Liability and Limitations

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Specific delivery times (estimates are approximate)
  • Item quality or condition beyond our control
  • Network connectivity or GPS accuracy

We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to service interruptions
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
  • Damage to items caused by customer mishandling
  • Third-party actions or events beyond our control

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Spam or manipulate the rating system

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Safety and Security

  • Riders and customers should meet in safe, public locations
  • Do not share sensitive information (passwords, payment details) in chat
  • Report suspicious activity immediately
  • We use industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee 100% safety
  • Users assume responsibility for their personal safety

11. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and code in the Service are owned by Lucky Delivery & Ride Services or licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will first be handled through direct communication with our support team
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan
  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action
  • Any legal proceedings will be handled in courts within Pakistan

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or email.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Violate community standards or safety guidelines
  • Fail to pay charges when due

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may include third-party services such as Google Maps, Firebase, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

17. Severability
